Don't worry about CIBIL report. In the market so many Financial institutions are there. Also there is competitive environment for marketing of their products. They will offer loans. It is a paid article to promote CIBIL agencies for selling their products.
It's not true. Mine is a living example. Here it goes. Few years back I was approached by a reputed Bank for soft loan. Having completed all the requirements & submission of necessary documents followed by 6 months long wait, One fine day I got a mail informing me of my loan application being rejected for undisclosed reasons.
My point here is, I did not approach for loan. It was bank people offered me a loan only to be taken for granted.
This is a true story happened to me fwe years back.
All the above rules and restrictions only applicable for salaried person..if you need huge amount loan the bank manger will come to your office and beg for that application and he himself provide all loopholes.its like good person proposing to his lover and she will reject that offer but she will endup in trap with wrong boyfrend and he will cheat her..same applicable with Bank as well..good repaying person will get reject the loan but they will find perfect wrong person and will give loan..
