HR.

Everything was fine before - lickers, relatives, friends, keeps were being employed by bosses openly.

Under the label of Corporate, HR has taken that thing to a more covert level.

Fact is:
If the hiring manager finds you are from same college, same language etc - your likelihood of getting hired will multiply.

If you do not seem like a good tail waggr your likelihood of getting hired will decrease too.

Interviewers often misbehave with candidates - simply becz they r in position to do so.

Only freshers get hired on skillset.

It applies for the Interviewer as well. Sometimes, they just show off that they are doing this at their busy schedule.

Some interviewers throw attitude by keeping their legs on the chair while interviewing. The interviewee should understand that he just wastes time with you.

The respect should be mutual. No matter whatever OX designation of the interviewer.
