absolutely true - 60 minutes per day 7 days a week in 1 or more installments

Not 60 minutes but 30 to 45 mins. Not 7 days but 5 days a week. If you are below 30, do it a max of 6 times a day.. 1 or more installments is correct. The net effect is same. To a healthy India!

I tried even jogging, the problem with this is only one part working, it is always better to have work out for upper body, middle body and lower body you can do one thing for a day
