how immature! this author must be in early 20s who is used to buying phones on dads money. poor girl doesn't realize the iphone cost. On a lighter side, hey, iphone doesn't even have a back button and you cannot close any app. I hate to press centre button for everything. And I get better control on android after rooting. There is no app that I am missing in android market anyway. I am not prepared to pay twice as much for retina bull, afterall it is not my father's money I pay with.
The reasons mentioned are not just standard things you get out of a pricey phone. There are many more things out there for android: a large developer community, ability to mod the phone easily, some killer automation apps like Tasker. There are many more. iPhone was a pioneer, but I feel that it is mostly playing catchup to the Android device coming up these days. Larger displays was there long time before in Android, finger print authentication was there in a Motorola phone.
The author forgot that what iPhone has brought after so many years, android users have been using these features for last 2 years and these does not have the eureka effect on them that they will shift to iPhones.
reports suggest of more apps crashes on ios than android. developers prepare apps only for iPhone and not for ipad while in android apps are compatible for both phone and tablets. So android is best.
