sexual harassment at work place

yes people get harassed at work even bullied by seniors, what needs to be done is strict action like they do in schools or colleges for misconduct. I have seen they don't take action against a senior or influential people

Forget Women being harassed at Work...It's a one in a Million case at Workplaces, a Phaneesh Murthy kind of case doesn't happen everywhere in India...What about bullying by bosses ?. What about Power freaks and toxic bosses who will undermine the success of their team members and play favorites ?. What about toxic Workplace gossip ?. There are no laws for Bullying & Gossip at Work in the Indian Corporate World...How many souls suffer and quit jobs ?...I was speaking to a legal professional who was saying that it will take another 30 years for India to match the legal system of the West or Europe...Pathetic...

I agree. I there is a girl in my office who uses her body to her advantage. She's been in the company for over a year now, has had a disastrous performance and still surviving. In fact the Managers praise her that she's so hardworking but her luck is not working.

How do you deal with ...... ?

Ladies,

Learn to use your knees! Launch them into his cr0tch and claim it was an accident!

Nothing reminds a man how "fragile" he is like jolting his sack with your beautiful knees!

It will be tough for him to harass you from then on while constantly thinking of guarding his sack!
