My plan like this, Food = all floor items less rice and more fibre items exercise = walk alone wont reduce center stomach warm up is necessary yes tension reduce it by meditation,pranayama and zero hatred
* Walk 1 hour. * Drink HOT water. * Take METFORMIN pill. * Take a BECADEXAMIN pill. * Eat a GUAVA fruit every day. * Don't skip INSULIN injections. * Brush your teeth TWICE a day.

Best way is to keep a tab on your caory intake. One must consume the calory intake. If that balance is maintained thru exercise,Type II diabetes can be kept at bay
