Pronunciation of "premise"

"Premise" has two meanings.Is the word pronounced differently for the different meanings?

Premise as a noun can be roughly defined as a hypothesis or a presupposition. In which case it is pronounced thus:'Pre-miss'
Premise is also used as a verb. In which case it is pronounced this: 'Pre-mize'
on the other hand 'Premises' that refers to property (as in office premises etc) is pronounced thus: 'Prem-is-es'
