1. You are experiencing micro management ....... your boss is being micro managed by his or her boss OR your work is shoddy OR your "colleagues" have stabbed you in the back by making you the main cause of the project's failure.
2. You have never received feedback …… your boss doesn’t understand the concept of giving feedback OR he or she believes giving feedback isn’t going to make a difference OR you are about to be fired!
3. Your raise requests go unnoticed …….. there is no budget for it OR you haven’t blown your horn loud enough OR your "colleagues" have already taken the credit for your work and usurped the raise OR you are about to be fired!
4. Your day starts and ends with criticism ……… your boss is PMSing all the time OR Your boss takes out all the resentment he or she has towards his or her spouse on you OR your work is actually very shoddy OR you are about to be fired!
5. Your resignation letter is not a big issue for your boss …….. Your boss is expecting you to do yourself a favor and resign which is infinitely better than getting fired since it gives you the opportunity to tell your next employer you quit because there were no more “growth” opportunities with your previous employer!
non sense signs..... how to tackle situation are even more futile.... within a week / max a month, one comes to know (s)he can not work with current boss. Reasons best know to boss only......as HR only listens to bosses.
I was made to resign by my immediate superior citing performance issues. My MD accepted it even though I have been getting top performance awards year after year.
after 6 months , i got a call from my organisation to work as a consultant. My immediate boss has removed most of the core team just to steal from the organisation. This was found out only after lots and lots of money has been diverted for unnecessary purchases.
All the purchases were approved since he was from IBM and our organisation is a NGO. Only after burning so much, the organisation released him. So never accept criticism or negative remark on you or your job if it not warranted

1. If you have a good Boss - you are in the minor 0.001% of population.
2. Too many MNC Bosses are Insecure, you slave-like behavior will be appreciated more than Performance.
3. People are often rejected in interviews cleverly sighting some other reason - but actual reason being - Recruiting Manager - does not see you as a good-tail-wagger.
4. Most Bosses behave exactly the way Their-Own-Bosses are behaving. It's a Chain Right From the Top.
5. Great Performance will often hinder your career - when you have a Incompetent Boss - Often the Case.
Dont you all think this is exploitation if organisation dont think of employee, what is guarantee they think of customer, they all mean there profit. dont even take service form such company you will be exploited

Yup, that's the bottom line of ANY organisation in this World, however eloquent they may talk. Take the shining example of Enron whose ship went down for similar reasons, mostly.
Ha ha ha ... just one message & that too not worthy of being published?? Speaks a lot about the state of affairs of the bad, worse and ugly corporate world. Seven years of experience.
