a driver is a driver must have a licence,otherwise cant drive on public road by killing,injuring people. Ministers should have licence too to drive a ministry

At first , education in prime responsable of every cetizan , In Msdical , if Den in not qualified docter then how do you expect he will guide the medical student whose working parent their whole life saving to get therir ward admitted in Medical / Engineering Collage In Job Front also in good MNC organisation min qualification required is Degree . Hence Academic Qualification plays important role , Even T N Seshen was emphasis every Political candidate should be min Graduate for contesting any election
