What Uppal has described is a very expensive way to "learn from your mistakes"!

What Uppal should have done was be an intern in a Gujarati business for 2 - 3 years and learned the ropes!

2 - 3 years as an intern in a Gujarati owned business is a small price to pay for the practical experience and contacts one makes in that time!

Guj r successful mostly only in retail business.Infact if u see it the other way round. 99% guj enter in business instead of service and what we see successful guj are 50% of it. that means there r failures there as well
