Yin n Yang, ve n -ve, uppression n depression, light n dark, high n deep..... the whole world is based on these.
Women and men are good at many tasks. both get even marks. but men must be carefull. too much of importance is given by the media to women news readers.
.... there were no women and there were men. In other words, men who are not influenced by women and women who recognise simple needs (no double meaning intended) of men will make good administrators.
Most (surely not all) Indian households function because women take extraordinary efforts to run it.
Women ideally should make excellent administrators.
But unfortunately, they've battled so much criticism and negativity to reach the top that either they are extremely insecure or just start behaving like men.
The day women let that insecurity go, I have no doubt that women will make better administrators than men.
Women are better than men at some jobs and men are better than women at some jobs. Men and Women have different brain, each having its own plus and minuses.
Instead of trying to achieve "equality" we must aim at making the best of every individual.
Lady administrators do not have the commanding power. A man can command a woman where as a lady will be in two minds to ask a man to do a particular job and question why the same is delayed.
AS an experienced Admin. Manager myself, I do not hesitate to ask my junionrs even if it is lady, to 'go home aftr finishing the work'. But this was tested in our branch office and it was boomranged and asked the lady to wait till they go.
