SPending time with children
by Arun singh on May 10, 2014 05:28 PM

Nothing equates to parents spending time with children. Toys or other activities can divert their attentions for sometime. The interaction between parents and children does the magic. It is the important role of mother and father. But in this fast pace world both parents are trying to become money making machines leaving children to maids.

Mothers should first know important things
by Rajendran Srinivasan on May 10, 2014 07:26 AM

Simply making children to learn scientific things and boosting themselves that my child has wide knowledge is not going to serve the purpose of being healthy. Attention of how grown non-processed foods you are serving your children should be the main area of concentration. First mothers should rectify themselves in their intake system and later for the sake of their children they should learn to avoid chemically grown foods. Intake of chemically grown, processed food, packed foods would spoil one's internal organs. Our internal organs are spoilt because of useless scientific advancements. A child wearing spectacles at this age is a common phenomina in our country. It means, it is because of mothers who dont care about their children's food intake mainly chemically grown. Science and education should be secondary to natural farming.

I bet 100% of the time this works.

Ipad or a smart phone or a TV will work.

On a serious note, I think what's important is, a lot of times, all it takes is an hour worth of real quality time spent exclusively with the child.

A lot of times, we tend to spend time but then our minds are racing or thinking about other things. And children know and easily sense, we are there but not there.

I think its a sad story. No painting or art can replace a mother's love and care required for the child. Though its important for mothers or parents not to neglect their careers but neglecting a child is even more sad.. TheGod has given you a small baby, nurture it at least in this tender age. You will have loads of time once they start going to their school.
