This is the kind of schools we need. Great work. I hope soon your work spread to every corner of this nation and even around the world. My best wishes.

Absolutely agree that visually aided learning makes a far greater impact & can probably be retained for a longer time span as it creates a greater impact on the human psyche. As is taught in biology classes about the great power of Corpora Quadrigemina for auditory & visual reception , if incorporated in imparting lessons , can probably produce better understanding & retention. Hopefully, the attempt to induce higher-order of thinking skills will lead to more astute students in future. Good luck in your positive endeavor.

Good going. Schools run by J Krishnamurty foundation has been doing something in similar lines for years. though with a slightly different objective and have been having a different target group.

Dear Mr. Banerjee, I would like to invite you to my state where rote learning is the order of the day. I am from a pure CBSE background (Kendriya Vidyalaya, 1982 - 1994) and I can vouch for the education system I went through. I am not too sure about today's CBSE system especially vis-a-vis their CCE system, but the state education system has championed the rote learning system, as I have learnt from local people.
