Don't let others know

If a place is beautiful, let it stay that way. Don't let Indians know about it because they will arrive and make a mess and a slum out of it. Indians like to live among filth and muck and hygiene means nothing to them.

we indians dont realise that we have our good share of beautiful places with good climate
coonoor, kodai, ooty, coimbatore,munnar, dharwad,darjeeling,nainital,lonavla, belgaum,mysore,bangalore..
this is just what i know, i think there are many other beautiful places with great climate.

also rest of places also having good greenery and abundant rivers..like kerala, goa, ganga belt, maharashtra areas, west bengal.
our only drawback is actually some places having high heat but rest we have as good a place as any in the world !

When we criticize Ooty for its sheer commercialization, then next immediate picture comes to mind is Kodaikanal. Since both places border each other, Kodai is much a better place than Ooty. It has the same bliss of early morning nature beauty and dawning evening chillness. Most importantly, it's not commercialized like Ooty and you have all the freedom of green-rich nature and lung-touching oxygen

One must visit this place along with Coonoor and ignore Ooty forever!
