shut down is not solution. number of aspirant is increasing every day. even if 50 % college passed of the private institute are umber than river bed rocks rest 50% is ok. we need very good standard operating procedure of .like one exam of written, GD, presentation,etc etc by any central authority before providing degree to any student. research material produced by teacher and student may be another criteria. quality should be main focus for higher education. if private hospital, airlines,manufacturing sector, telecom and other service sector, innovation out numbered govt monopoly. then why education can not be. root cause is again due to corrupt babu provided approval of such low standard institution.
