yes. really some one is giving a cost effective solution to de-stress. It does not require any infrastructure and the tips are easy to practice.

Yognidra can be achieved only if you're in yoga with super consciousness. If you go into sleep while being in Yoga, you can achieve yognidra. It is called Sushupti, which is a deeper sleep.
