Tips to deal with a difficult boss at work

Such Training Coaches talk the language of Mgmt

They misguide employees with the peppy talk and actually convey the message of the company's higher authority.
They are given contract for this very purpose. If an employee starts following what they say, then he never get successful but only remains fool.
Till employees are fool, it is in the interest of all top authority.
If these training instructors are asked to perform the same task which they say, then they fail miserably.
Swapnil Kamat, CEO knows that if he says everything truth then no company will give him any order. Attend his session, you will find that he is only finding faults with subordinates than anything with bosses.
These people are corrupts and only a second hand of company's bosses to misguide and cheat good employees.
Never attend such classes or training sessions.

But Indian companies need people like this waste of skin Kamat!

If they don't put down employees, employees will think they are doing a good job and demand higher salaries.

If the company's salary costs go up, it reflects very badly on the "management" skills of upper management members!

Besides, putting down lower level employees and extracting more work from them, means that these lower level employees won't have the chance to notice the group coitus taking place in upper management offices, cabins and the repeated, boisterous, rampant violation of section 377 by members of upper management!

Your boss is happy and the company's MD is more than happy.
Boss requires no training ,yet he is sent abroad and employees requires training and they are given in house training by those who are themselves incompetent.
Boss works nothing and get all benefits and employees who work are tortured and asked about their performance.
MD and Chmn requires incompetent to be boss and competent employees to be working under him.
Such training studio is making money because of incompetent being employed as Boss

Company's MD wants only fool and corrupt to be appointed as boss so that he does not learn the trick of business of MD.

But do you know why MD is "happy" with Manager boss?

Because Manager boss engages in coitus with MD from time to time, especially when they take "business trips" to other cities or other countries!

MD and Manager Boss make complete mockery of Section 377 and are perpetually in contempt of SC's judgements on same gender coital unions!

Unfortunately, it is all atrocity being perpetrated on hardworking employees.
First bosses are never questioned by company's board about their individual performance or output .Boss pass all his in competencies to junior employees and find scapegoat.
Chmn and MD knows that boss has done it save his own head but he does nothing. Chmn loves such bosses who for his own sake can butcher anyone else. Many forums have opened to speak on this subject in last 1 year and they have been blaming management for growing atrocity on hardworking employees, but there is nothing being done. All those who are incompetent are being promoted.
There are many GM, VP, President and even CXOs who are so poor in communication that they can't even write an official correspondence without errors and many even start their legs trembling with somebody's suggestion of making presentation in front of public, and these very people are loved by MDs and every year they get promotion and hefty annual increments just for the hake of bossing around .They are so shameless that they don't feel anything about their in competencies but they will appraise other employees and threat them with all sort of things.
Such inept bosses say that their job is only administration than showing their own performance.
MDs have been protecting such bosses . These bosses are never made answerable about the poor performance and held responsible. Only hardworking persons have to take on the blame. Such a horrible situation

Chairman, VP s, MD s want Manager bosses to mistreat and torment their employees because they know that the supply of employees is far greater than their demand!

When demand is low and supply is high, the value of the commodity declines!

Since upper management members in Indian companies only want to be busy engaging in coitus with each other, they give powers to Manager bosses to do whatever it takes to keep rank and file employees in line!

The only competence Upper Management requires from Managers is their ability to control lower level employees.

I don't know if you have noticed but most of the interview questions asked in interviews for non-managerial jobs are questions interviewers would ask Managerial candidates!

Companies are constantly on the look out to find new slave masters who know how to crack the invisible whip and get the work done!

Unfortunately, the situation will only keep getting worse as more people seek employment and the number of positions keeps reducing as slave masters extract more work from fewer employees to meet the new unrealistic productivity goals!

Before jumping into dealing with a difficult boss, it is imperative to understand why your boss is being difficult.

Your boss is being "difficult" because of the following reasons .......

1. Your Boss's wife is denying him coitus!
2. In case of female subordinates, your boss thinks they will deny him coitus when he demands it from them!
3. You are in your boss's way of employing a person who will provide him with coitus in lieu of getting employment!
4. Your Boss is sick of performing coitus alone!
5. Your Boss has had to have coitus with his boss to save his job!
6. Your Boss has problems with engorging his manhood and his ED medication has stopped working!
7. Your Boss is suffering from a mid-life crisis and feels he hasn't had as much coitus as his peers!

This list is by no means exhaustive! So feel free to add to it!
