Men respond better to a male boss than to a female boss. Women do not know how to motivate their team. All they can do is yell like a mother, nag like a wife or complain like a gf. I am not saying all women are like that. But most do not command respect from other employees on virtue of their abilities.

Maybe...but men smoke and drink to socialise and make sure their peers are happy and their jobs remain safe...they feel that by smoking, their managers with whom they socialise will save their jobs in terms of a crisis.
