As the editor has mentioned regarding writing of self appraisal (Curriculum vitae) of an individual how to project and prepare the C.V. to be presented for an employment in any Public or Private Sector organisations in India. The editor has not specified about the educational qualifications and experiences required by the borrowing organisations with the age limit, salary to be given by the company to the selected candidates in comparison with industry- just they mention in the advertisement the salary component will be best in industry, but when selected in the interview - the organisation supremo bargains about the salary component to be given when they choose right and suitable & experienced candidate for the position asked for. These things also should mention in the self appraisal of the candidate.

Dear , This editorial publshing was for Annual appraisal process which is mandatory requirement of every sustainable and growing organisation, so focuss was placed only on those objectives rather on the pre-selection criterias and educational requirement, if you had read it properly you could have undertood it clearly its all about your role and responsibility and objective achievement in an year of any organisation.its Called Annual Appraisal process and Not Job Recruitment process .
