dont use credit cards...

credit cards spoil your credit score or else if keep paying to thier wims and wishes u will have no money left for buying house.

dont take post paid cell phones conn. when u wana close them they dont do it... they keep billing u untill u pay or spoil ur credit score.

Dont forget the society maintenance in large societies. some societies are charging more than 3000 month. add this amount to your monthly expenditure.
