Answer to "Tell me something about yourself" should be all about how your skills, experience (even if you are a fresher, talk about how your education helps you in taking on the challenges of the job) and qualifications match the job description!
It should NOT be a "synopsis of your resume" as "Rahul M" is suggesting!
This is possibly the most important question in any interview and it decides everything from where the interview will go from that point to whether or not you get hired!

Answer to "Why MBA" should be how your education in Business Administration equips you in being versatile to work in and with different departments like Finance, Marketing, Management and so on And that it helps you get the big picture.

Short term goals (if you are a fresher) ...... to learn as much as you can about the internal and external business environment of the organization you are interviewing for and become a irreplaceable resource to your colleagues.

Long Term goals ...... be a leader (keep the answer deliberately vague)! You don't want to scare your hiring manager by portraying yourself as someone who is out to take his or her job.

Your strengths ..... again, match them with the job description.

You weaknesses ..... whatever you don't have as per the job description and how you will remedy that!

General awareness or social issues questions ....... always give secular, liberal and progressive answers. Nobody wants an irrational idealist i
