Why Government of India not decorated Mr. Anand Kumar with PADMASREE? They only award the padmasree to those who can pay crores? These filthy film stars are selected every year for the Padmasree and Padma Bhushan on what ground? Can anybody explain?

Sometimes i feel we are doing nothing for nation. this guy and many others like him have dedicated thier life to the nation. and we are all stuck with 3bhk house loan ,planning to have second kid , 2015 promotion ,maintaining bank balance ,retirement plan, daughters medical seat. and one day we die not contributing anything to our nation.

This is another feather for super 30. What amuses me that Anand kumar has dedicated himself for these 30 undeprivileged. I hope government must stand up and support him financially to continue good work in a larger way, he may have two such centre so more student can get benefit.

Best way would be the ex-students of super 30 extend their hands to this endeavor, from which they were benefited. I am sure they are doing it. Can't an engineer take responsibility of another underprivileged student? Otherwise, the question would be "are we making these underprivileged to just an engineer to earn money or a true educated human?".
I have nothing against the bharat ratna awardees but but still feel that people like Mr Anand Kumar deserves bharat ratna before many others who have got. Mr Anand has knack of identifying brilliance out of nowhere. Imagine if his services are utilised at a much higher level in governance then he can produce wonders. Hats off to Mr Anand!

I agree Mr Jain. Mr Anand is at par with Dr Kurien, Dr Swaminathan and Dr Bhabha etc who have made the difference for the masses. They are the true nationalists.

Well said my friend. Even if the GOI does not award him with Bharat Ratna, Mr. Anand Kumar holds much more respect than Bharat Ratna recipients in the hearts of crores of Bharat-wasis.
