3. Consume Raita with ingredients like curd, boiled potatoes, boiled pulses, PaniPuriMasala, coriander leaves and 1-2 green chilies (if you can handle it).
4. Consume 2-3 glass of water between meals.
5. Do light exercise regularly.
6. Avoid excessive consumption of cheese and other "slow moving" food items!

You have missed out on banana. It is a good digestion agent. 2 Litres of Water. 45 min of walking. 40% uncooked food. Early Dinner. 6 to 7 hours of sleep

Thanks for your suggestions but this is just too much trouble to go through to vacate ones bowels comprehensively!
A more efficient way is to get a bottle of horse laxative from a Unani chemist and have a smidgen (the quantity that fits in a pinch of the thumb and index finger) of this highly effective laxative.
When I was in school, we used to give this laxative to our teacher in sweets sprinkled with this laxatives before exams to get the exams postponed!
Our teacher used to looked "drained" but perky after recovering from this "cleansing treatment"!
