Yup, it's pure jealousy. North Indian Leaders have till now kept their cities undeveloped just so that they keep the reins (n profits) in their own hands.
It's not a RED LIGHT dear, it's called a signal in Mumbai and other civilized places in the country. Of course, you do have a RED LIGHT area in Mumbai if you are interested.

parochial people like you are shame to Mumbai and country. People like you are spoiling the name of Mumbai and Maharashtra. Dont blame any others for ills of the city. It is you yourself who has to do a bit to save your city. People like you litter the city and break the traffic signal and do not respect fellow people as the people of this country and make language politics. So dont blame North Indians or people from other parts of the country for ills of Mumbai city. If you like your city be responsible towards the city and help to keep Mumbai clean and green. Never say anyone to go out of Mumbai and no one has any rights to say people from other parts of this country to leave. Because anyone can stay and live in any parts of the country. Of course if the person is not respecting the city and dirtying the city and that person should leave the city even if he is born and brought up in Mumbai.

Who teamed up with underworld for '93 blasts? Who sent Rahul Raj from Bihar to attack our leader Raj Thackeray?
