With high regards to ur comment, I wud like to add that in Indian companies the only 1 question that matters is..... SALARY EXPECTED... rest as they say is history !!!

8. What comes next? ..... What the F…? Be more specific with this question. Do you want to know what comes next in the hiring process or in terms of new projects a selected candidate will work on!
9. What is the top priority of a person in this position? ...... instead ask ...... “What are the top priorities in this position?” Asking about a singular priority makes you sound like a one trick pony!
10. Are my qualifications sufficient for this position? ..... another huge St00pid question to ask! ...... if they were inadequate why the f would you get short listed for the interview! ...... Instead ask a combination of rephrased questions 2 and 6!

Absolutely correct.. All the questions may rather be asked by the HR to candidate to prove his suitability of him/her to this job.
Idiotic column. Can't expect portal like rediff to show such contents.
candidate may ask about the clarifications about his/her job profile and other things but not the questions mentioned here. Not even by MISTAKE...
