Biased article
by virendra rai on Nov 14, 2014 03:50 PM

There are many companies who post the job-ad in the Job-portals, news or hire job consultants and show promising career and attractive salary & perks misleading the facts underneath the flying colors. Experienced candidates getting trapped to such openings end up becoming victims and regret since in the hope of such promising future they leave their existing organisation putting their life in more difficult situation.
Authors hired to post such articles on social networking sites, are paid handsome money to misguide the readers and divert the attention from large no. of culprit employers who go to any extent to materialize their intentions. Moreover, the penal of board for interview, which takes at least 3 to 4 rounds of interface/meeting checking the credentials before giving job offer is not infant enough to become fools.
Readers, please do not pay attention to such articles as it's waste of time..

People should only be hired based on their SKILLS.

If this is done - both Employees and Employers can focus on WORK - instead of junk clerical paperwork.

Ethics in employment missing in many companies
by exit reality on Jun 06, 2014 04:35 PM

Employees fake experiences. Employers too fake experiences before clients in some cases e.g.. showing 2 year exp. employee as 5 years etc. During the time of offer companies promises so many things and in practice only few of them are available. There should be ethics in everything thing. Fake ones should not be allowed to succeed. Also treating employees like disposable glasses can't make business easy for employees as well as employers.

One sided story

companies lie and cheat even more. they also penalize the employee and job seekers for every weakness they can get their hands on. a good example is all the TCS, Wipro, infosys and MNC like companies. They also exploited the employees else is it really possible for such companies owners to become billionaire in such short time. Most of the time people just seek a job but big companies demand way too much than actually required.

agree, at the time of employment employers highlight their company credentials but the true picture comes to life only after joining..
the salary component today is also much misleading with companies promising CTC (& concealing deductions) instead of actual take-home and the result is that employee is left with peanuts !!
