For immediate relief from sour throat & cough - Mix Jaggery (GUD) 3 parts with 1 part turmeric. Blend the mixture properly & store in tight lid container. Take small qtty & let it dissolve in mouth, as & when required. You can add 'Jyesthimadh Churna' & 'Sitopaladi Churna' to it if you have it with you. This mixture can be carried anywhere with you. THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY MEASURE to get relief till you visit a doctor.
