it is not user removable, the service center people can replace

The price of this phone is not below 10K as mentioned in the article. It is ₹12,999/- for Asus Zenfone5. The price of below ₹10,000/- is for Asus Zenfone4, which is having 4" screen and not 5" screen. Kindly check.

dear zenfone 5 with 16gb internal storage costs 12,999. 8gb variant costs rs 9,990
