I suggest power nap. I have been working in corporate sector for the past 20 years with very tight schedule. A 20 minutes of power nap after lunch will do so good to you. You can start off afresh after the nap. Just lean on your table and close your eyes for 20 minutes. Small doze will good.

This is a great idea. I use this at times if not regularly. But benefits are amazing. The corporate giants must consider this wherever possible.
Apple or citrus fruits work better than Caffeine, without the side-effects. Eat low-calorie lunch but try a little Indian pickle (achaar). Drink a lot of water one hour after having lunch. Ask for a high desk so you can stand and work. Try some desk yoga.
