Rediff may not know but Paperless Insurance was in existence since long. Several Pvt Insurance Cos were offering Certain Policies only online and many of the Clients were cheated (as we read in the news) by such Policies issued/bought online and no one is satisfied. They lure the clients saying "the low premium or certain benefits are not available if sold thru an agent" and gullible people fall for it only to repent later.
