5 reasons you didn't get a job even after a great interview

1. The recruiter didn't like you ..... real meaning ...... you are not from his native place or you are not of his caste or you are a danger to his job if you are hired!

2. You are less of a networker ...... real meaning ....... you look like you either don't know how to or don't want to kiss and lick the back side of "important" people in the company!

3. Recruiter resorted to internal hiring ...... real meaning ........ you interview was always meant to be time pass!

4. The position is no longer relevant ...... real meaning ..... similar to point 3, the entire hiring process was a sham deceived to convince upper management that the hiring functions of the HR department should not be outsourced ..... once the "dummy" hiring process proved this, the position was "eliminated"!

5. You might not be attractive enough ..... real meaning ..... you are too UGLY to be hired!

All copy pasted material no original stuff.
Today recruiters are more mature. If the Job is no longer relevant they do not even interview
By writing attractiveness you are going to e treated as a Racist

Job offer after a great interview

The topic is relevant. In my experience a major factor in making this happen is demonstrating levels of knowledge that makes any one on the interview panel insecure about his own position. To know if this is happening, the job seeker has to keep in touch with his gut feeling as the interview proceeds.
