Most of them will become Self employed or will invest in Fixed Deposit / Trade in Stocks and Shares / Foreign Exchange / Give Houses for Rent and earn money / Become farmers.

Poor Indians will have nowhere to go.

Only Rich will survive, the Middle class will be struggling as usual with this type of slavery.

Sensible advice

This is the only sensible article that I have seen in a long time with absolutely correct advice. Indeed organizations are neither your friends nor does it make sense to fall in love with them. They are as cruel and selfish as they come. So the author has given absolutely correct advice about being selfish and guarding your own interest. My congratulations to the author. I hope after reading this the scales fall from the eyes of a lot of people who still think chasing a career is a great thing with one organization. It is just a mirage. The only important thing in life is money for a rainy day, your health and your family.

In any organisation the job is secure, as long as the financial security of the organisation is stable, once the finances are in down trend, there comes the problem of job security.

So, always keep organisations well being in mind and perform accordingly, every employee in some way or other contribute to the growth of the organisation, apart, keep the immediate superiors interests in mind, and have a good rapport with him, so in bad times he will NOT target u, but will try to exploit u r strengths for the betterment of the organisation, and both of u and organisation is back on rails, that is the only way to be secure in a job, nothing more or less.
