Cutting down on Fat is wrong way Cutting carbs is right way.

Carbohydrates are primary source of energy and weight gain.
Fats other than transfats are healthy as they allow proper absorption of nutrients and keep you full for a much longer time leading to reduced calorie intake and thereby weight loss.
Most doctors totally unaware of nutritional factors and most dieticians more ignorant than even doctors.
True weight loss has to burn fat and not reduce water from your body.
Calorie in calorie out weight stored is false theory. Thin people eat more than fat people but remain thin doing even lesser physical activity. Then dieticians and doctors attribute it to metabolism.

If what the article says is true, they need to know that Jain Sadhus eat only once a day, keep them self fit and usually walk 20-30 kms per day as they dont move in a motor vehicle. Please explain.

he he he he,5-6 small meals a day is the best to reduce weight, eat VadaPav every hour and the Vada filling should be only garlic instead of potato,he he he he.
