Nothing exciting abt this article

Well.... you just highlight everything by just giving advise to students.... such a clumsuy journalism... but how to improve english skills? tell the students that come up with their own vocabulary database and share that database among them...I had a dictionary application in my mind. which I sent to IIT's NPTEL guys but it is worse that they didn't even find time to get back to me even after 2 weeks. Thats' the reality of Indian IIT professors, whom to blame? It's you the GURU's to blame, not the students.

(1) Need to design an application (not web application) with admin page where he can enter words
alphabetically.
Tables structure:
Word ----Word type (Adjective/Verb/etc ) ------ Word prefix - word suffix Word Meaning
I need 26 tables a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z --- each table hosting names of
words so that indexing and performance of the application will be improved.
We can discuss whether to create 26 tables with same table structure or only 1 table with
indexing properly implemented.
Feature of the application should be to extract the prefix/suffixes and whenever a person looks for a
word, we not only need to show all the words with the same prefix/suffixes, but we also need to show
all of those use cases of the words.

(2) The intention of the application is to enable learner get much more vocabulary than what he
typically gets if he sticks to only one dictionary.
Example of core table structure (word) :
polymorphism – prefix (poly) suffix (morphous)
Word ----Word type (Adjective/Verb/etc ) ------ Word prefix - word suffix Word Meaning
polymorphism adjective poly morphous
having or experiencing many different forms or stages of development

Good article but missing some points

Good article, But should have also highlighted upon the kind of skillset Indian Managers require.

Even though soft skills and communication skills are required but bosses just want to hire slaves who would work even when the relevant task is not required.

At times, the employee not performing well is fine to his/her boss as long as he is flattering him(boss).
