Why skipping breakfast is not so bad for your heart
by Jojo JKB on Jan 24, 2014 03:43 PM  | Hide replies

this is all book knowledge and book research and suits well in the books only. all the research is done in controlled conditions and not taking into consideration the practical / real life.

so far as the fast life of metro cities is concerned in case you have a heavy dinner at about 9.30 in the evening - there is no chance - you need a good heavy breakfast. this would be hazardous for your body.

i have not done any research nor read any books - simple general knowledge that only if you have your dinner well early and then there is a two hour break before you sleep - only then this funda of having a heavy breakfast applies, else a big no.

You're tight. This breakfast thing was started by Kellogs to market their cereal products. I personally have benefited a lot after I started skipping breakfast. I have higher energy throughout the day and the health improved a lot. Long periods of fasting are very beneficial for the body. All research has shown that all that matters is the total amount of calories taken, regardless of number of meals and meal timings. You can eat all your days calories just before sleeping and it won't affect your health. It all averages out. Meal times and frequency are best based around a person's lifestyle and routine.

Even with a dinner at 9.30, there is a fasting of 10 hrs for the breakfast where all you consumed were digested. So, for the day you need energy. The metabolism is at its peek in the morning hours where the maximum fuel is required

Dear Dr. Jojo,

Kindly verify your knowledge !!!!

Is there any separate metro rulebook for human body ? If yes, kindly display OR follow the universal and general rule for a strong breakfast in the morning !!!

In the name of real life or metro life, please do not try to confuse others !!!!!

No need to take back words, you are correct.
American life style and theories are imposed everywhere without analysis.

Breakfast like king, lunch like...all bullshit.
Look at those Americans who are following this. Four out of Ten are overweight.

Just have a cup of tea and 2 biscuits.
Take lunch of 4 chapatis around 12:00. Have another cup of tea at 4pm.
Take your dinner of 2 chapatis and 1 bowl of rice with dal around 9.
Occasionally eat fruits, non veg, sweets.

No need to follow useless plans.
