Burn the fat: How to get motivated and stay that way

To all the fatso's reading this...please note that the fat that you gained over time (...without any proper exercise regime) will not burn so easily. Its called the "stubborn" fat and you need to be mentally prepared and should have some knowledge of what you are going to go through in order to trim the excessss. Ignorance can only make it look like a routine and the willingness to exercise that you had in the start will only fade away in time bringing back those kilos and frustration back into your life...So, be prepared to go through the grind as there is no easy way out (...liposuction, i would assume, is only recommended for the extremely obese!). I got my foot operated on in Apr'14 because i had a pricking sensation (..nothing to do with exercise)and at that time i was approx 112 kilos (too fat for my own good). I checked my weight on May'10 and i was at 99 (/...still way above my BMI) but i managed to pull myself along after 20-25 days of bed rest and juggling work and stress that came along with it, i managed to exercise how much ever i could a day or even on alternate days. There are so many motivational videos in Youtube about Arnold Schwarzenegger during his bodybuilding days...you can use these to motivate yourself (Yes i know that Arnold took steroids so i am not asking anybody to go to the gym here unless and until you want to..). So, start reducing your calorie intake and exercise more and you will see a "beautiful & handsome" pic

no gyming... home exercises for 1.5-2 hours and diet change..

anything is possible once you get motivated :)
