I have checked my cibil report their is an unknown account present in my cibil and aadhar card no is also incorrect when i did investigation of that account i found it belongs a person of my name what to do now

Hi, I have reviewed my cibil score today and found an unknown account in my data. The detail as below. I never applied this credit card and never received any card of this bank. Since 2014 Aug to 2017 Jan it is showing 900 in a red column.
