Men and women are equally responsible for the currant dismal state.
parents have the responsibility to educate their children ( Boys and girls) to respect each other and should not wear exposed garments. v r blaming the government and police but r not ready to change our mind set.v should ask ourself. why there is no case of rape Why there is no case has been reported in high class. why hindu girls are more prone to marry with muslim boy. and so many similar questions r to be answered. please think-----
