Both are culprits. Woman is culprit against all legal,social & religious norms indulging herself in sexual intercourse before marriage she should be more careful because visible consequences falls on her. Man is culprit of breach of trust.
its better that judges stick to legality.beyond that is not their domain! CONSTITUTION ALSO DOES NOT SAY BEYOND THAT! each judge has his own perceptions on any aspect of legality itself!
