Here is more info. These get-rich scheme guys who start a fake start-up give a lecture to others on how to start a company. Shameful!

Cisco shells out 100 million and then shells out another 863 million?

What does this tell you? Definite some hanky going on.

CISCO started spin-in culture with Andiamo. Basically CISCO choose same "select" employees and asks them to work on a project. CISCO is normally majority shareholders in this exercise (First $100m) Rest of them held by employees. When CISCO finally acquires the company it buys the rest and pays the rest ($863). The employees get rich. After Andiamo, many others wanted to get into this "get rich scheme" as well. So John Chambers doles them out to select few time to time. The title of this article is not really appropriate in this case. What is here to be proud of? I have no clue.
