This article is very vague and shallow.With my 17 years of work, I feel that this article is extremely shallow.

Please do not mix your personal emotion with office emotion.During office hours you are dedicated to work.During off hours time is for personal emotions and wish.This is working practise in developed countries.Rest you can make examples.

Biggest problem is that workers working anywhere, if starts abusing employer or abusing the company. Common feature.
