Paid article

This seems to be a paid article by some fitness center or weight loss clinic.

Dairy foods are known to increase male sprem count and is a must for any couple planning baby. Fad about saturated fats is getting shamelessly loud.

What? Looks like you believe too much in Hindi film where the bride comes with warm glass of Milk on first night.

On the contrary Diary products decreases sperm count, especially you should avoid cheese if you are planning baby.
Vegetable, fruit and nuts especially garlic, walnut, pomegranate, banana, ginseng are known increase count and quality of sperm.

you are wrong, my friend. while the newly wed wife bringing a glass of warm milk on the first night is not a myth coming from bollywood. it is infact the other way round. bollywood has borrowed this feature from reality as it in fact happens all over India. while you are free to disbelieve such traditions as regressive, you cannot wish away centuries of human learning on such aspects of health.

scientifically, milk and diary products are a rich source of L-lysine - an important amino acid that helps improve male sp count. you can google for this information yourself.
