It is a myth that fish food or non-vegetarian is the only Goan food. Unfortunately that is all one would get in these new fangked beach shacks/restaurants. For the vegetarian food, you either have to go to the old city restaurants or go to hinterland Goa.

Lot of scope for starting veg restaurants as goa gets a good number of gujaratis and marwaris. Any angel investor
Hi suparn , I agree with you will all the restaurants you have mentioned, but also try oasis cafe , anjuna beach road , just 100 mtrs ahead of starch junction, worth the visit
