Impressive , Transcendental and very pertinent article... You have been quite clear in carrying out the idiosyncrasies of great speakers... The way you have driven home the topic is quite interesting and was spell bounding... Leadership is all about encouraging people , bringing the best out of people ... in my opinion many (like me) will take learnings from such articles... Though I do not know the correctness of few historical events mentioned, still it connected dots... Many loved movies like "Chak De" / Lagaan , etc just because it connected dots despite having theatrical stories... I heard Mr Amitabh Bacchan once in a TV show where he said " I practice at least 20 times before I perform in front of camera. And I am still afraid of audience." Keep up such good job!! and keep sharing... Best wishes... Navin (navinpnl@gmail.com)

Mr. Rakesh Godhwani, did you check your facts before writing this article? Admiral Horatio Nelson died in the Naval Battle at Trafalgar in 1805, while The Battle of Waterloo was fought in 1815! For your information, Napoleon was defeated by the combined forces of the Duke of Wellington and Field Marshal Blucher at Waterloo. Therefore, there can be no question of any famous advice from Nelson along the lines of "Waterloo being won in the fields of Eden", unless, Nelson came back from the grave 10 years down the line to say them! In fact, you have got even the quotation incorrect! The correct version is, "The battle of Waterloo was won on the playing fields of Eton” (NOT EDEN), and, they were uttered by the Duke of Wellington
