In India, to impart freedom to children from all sorts of exploitation is still a dream worthy of achievement. It is tragic for our nation that today seems to boast of crore-patis in its economy plans on one hand but has failed to provide basic needs and rights and a happy childhood to so many of its deprived child citizens. In such a light, this is a refreshingly welcome movement and should continue to grow till such a time that not a child born in our nation is denied a normal healthy childhood with basic health, shelter education and food sufficiency. Children are the future of our country, only if their future development and growth is benefitted will the growth of our nation be ensured, else we are headed to a social disorder and fear of many of children left to an un-toward fate. Instead of such maladies, these children could be converted into potential future talents and resources by taking right and urgent measures of child rights and welfare. This is a very important mission that must be taken up on war-footing, nation-wide to ensure happy future of our Indian society. Kailash Satyarthi has shown India the correct vision, that should continue ro grow in further direction to shape the future for our nations deprived children.
I appreciate for kailash satyarthi but for India his contribution is not even 1%. You can go to any dhaba in India lakh of children are working. He should make good NGO wing in India with branch in each district than only he can complete his mission.
There was nothing objectionable in what I had written about the loss of 'Bachpan'of children who participated in reality programme on TV.You are supporting their exploitation. Ravi Sinha
