'In reality, multitasking is inefficient'
by naveen bhatt on Dec 27, 2014 02:51 PM

Here are my thoughts on multitasking.
There is compatible and non compatible multitasking. Finding what could be done simultaneously without ruining either is compatible multitaking ie helping kids with their homework while doing some office work at home or watching a movie alongside slow cooking,train/bus travel and phone conversations etc are possibly compatible multitasking.

On the other hand cycling on the road and listening to music with ear plugs, cleaning house and boiling milk, car self drive and phone call are probably non compatible multitasking as things can go wrong very quickly.

It is depending upon various factors. I believe multitasking is a rare quality with the person. This article is applicable to those who are claiming they are multitasking but they are not.

Totally agree with you. Multitasking is an individual capacity and smartness. This article has no sense!!

With proper planning and smartness multitasking is always possible. The satisfaction is amazing!!!

People who has no word "Not possible or No" will be able to achieve multitasking.

It is appropriate to handle and complete one task at a time. This is one of the best ways.
