First goal is to get admission in 'any' school. If you get in more than one school, pick the cheaper one, there is usually hardly any difference. If there is a difference, it will be mainly in smart classrooms that use tablet and projectors. Choose this if you are a millionaire businessman or in a profession that gives lot of under-the-table income.
As I went on your article 10 question should asked? but the thing is that when we are gong to school for admission important is we should get admission , secondly if we asked then we will not get admission, From the day One when I was in school, till date why the school is charging tuition fees, secondly the school charge miscellaneous fees what is this? on one give the details of this charges, is any of the school, ready to give the details, second they charge term fee what is this ? in such a way the school now a days a become a commercial it's no more remain an institute for learning, even Hospital become a commercial, they also give add like if you operate for ONE Knee second will be free operation, what is this?

Situation in India is parents should not rise any questions, If by mistake any body ask no admission to school even if they agree to pay huge money. believe it is fact. now a days schools are day looters, like tax free black money
It's all about need to have and nice to have. The details consists of very useful info for each and every parent to know about. I do agree that most of the schools do not comply with all norms as specified in their brochure, but it's good as a parent to analyze and decide before we admit our child to the school.

I agree to your point. Parents can take positive cues from the article and take a much more informed decision while selecting schools for their kids.
After doing all this assessment you will end up with zero schools that meet the criteria or one that is 100 kms away from your home. The author needs to be practical and not write criteria for A grade US schools!
