I do not know how products purchased thru online shopping, are delivered. But there was a News Item recently. The caption said "Costliest Stones". One person ordered a Mobile Phone worth 40,000 and all he got was 2 stones. If anyone of you order (better dont order in the first place, we are not in US) open the packet, right in front of the delivery boy and confirm what you got. If you are not satisfied, take the item, dont sign the delivery slip, ask him to call his managers OR the suppliers. No amount of chasing will get back your money. See if any of these companies accept Payment against Delivery. Unlikely.
