I have experienced many time and also found Chennai auto drivers are the worst I have ever seen, even you take Prepaid slip they will not come and they demand more money. Rowdies, they demand to 5 to 10 times more than actual.

I agree with you entirely. The way many women dress today is really abominable, with a come-touch-me if you dare attitude. I am not saying that it gives any crook a right to touch women, but why should these women keep inviting people with a very poor dress code? Can't they dress decently? If they had been poor girls, one can understand it, but most rich and educated girls were garbage dressing styles aping the western styles, which do not fit into our culture. I am not at all saying that it give any right to any man to handle a woman, but these women seem to be inviting trouble for themselves.

Culture is a changing thing. Culture is never permanent. Before the age of Internet and TVs, every culture was secluded and hence it never mixed and modified. Only people who had the means to travek the world changed in their behavior. We called them rich and their rich life style. Not because of TV and Internet and the Job , lot of people are exposed to other cultures and they are assimilating new things. It is natural. Our culture was a culture were women drank and danced, once person had officially 1 wife and unofficially any wives. Our grannies used drugs (Ganja) and smoked Cigars and drank Toddy. Some women in villages even had many husbands. In a way our culture was equally bad. So what it matters is how you want to live and not scoff at others. Culture will change for good or for bad. Moral policing has no place here. Criminals needs to be kept away from exploiting cultural mixups.
There is no ideally safe space in earth unless every individual should take care Precaution while going out.
Even Man face a lot of problem while travelling alone.
eg. Very long back north india boy visited chennai, his departure train was late in Night so he roamed arround the merina beach. he was looted by prostitue and pimb, they looted him every thing including his underware so that he could to go for help immediatly.
taking drink and travel alone in late night is not advisable for man also. if it is woman, they have put in jail for tempting other to do crime
i want to tell one incident happens in Malaysia about 7 years ago.
A wood collector lady passing near forest suddenly a Lion in front of her, she stared the lion continuously (straight to eye not even a glimpse) and Lion run away. if you dont believe this you can try the same in your near by pets animals and see the magic result. what this tells? it is a powerful weapon but unfortunately you people not using it. I feel sorry for you.

one of my friend did the same, but he got slap from the lion.
my friend was roaming in the forest, suddenly he saw a lion and lioness. out of courage he started to stare the lion. unfortunately, my friend had squinted eyes. lion thought he was looking at the lioness. lion slapped at him saying, you are flirting at my girlfriend

it is easy to lecture to others. when you are face to face with danger, your body trembles and shivers. try if you can, after you are face to face with a lion and video record the scenery and send to me, if you happen to be alive. Simply saying staring at the enemy (man/animal? is easy but is it possible in reality? what if the man is a total pervert and armed with weapons? He will molest the woman, injure her physically and then disappear with his weapons.
