Still after 6 Month of Modi no change in high crime rate in India. Even Modi not said a single word in last six month against high crime in India. We don't except such behavour from Modi even Rahul baba previously talked about Police reforms and new action team against high crime. India High crime rate is also hurting Indian image outside India also.

Not just in India, but this is true for all other countries. Just check the highest rapes to population ratio across the world and you would observe that ratio for western countries in general and highly developed western European countries in particular is alarmingly high. Recently, Hungarian police issued an advisory to w0men not to wear revea1ing attire and stay late outside, especially near night c1ubs and other such places, to control high number of rapes in Hungary. So, people across the globe have started to realize that it's better to be cautious and take preventive measures rather than being reactive.

I think th equesIndian women can be very safe if Indian men learnt self control. I have travelled to many countries in the world and am living in the US. Never have I been groped or touched inappropriately except in my own country, India.
